About Zainab

Zainab Ayobami Abdulrasheed Haruna is an experienced legal practitioner with over fifteen years of post-call experience, having been called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009. She has developed extensive expertise in corporate and commercial litigation, arbitration, public interest litigation, election petition matters, and corporate advisory. Throughout her legal career, she has successfully advised and represented corporate organizations, government institutions, private individuals, and community stakeholders in complex legal and regulatory matters.

Her practice encompasses both contentious and non-contentious legal work, with a strong focus on dispute resolution through litigation and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. Zainab has considerable experience handling international and domestic arbitration proceedings, pre- and post-election litigation, white-collar and corporate crime matters, as well as government and community liaison engagements. She also provides strategic corporate and commercial advisory services, assisting clients in navigating legal and regulatory challenges while safeguarding their business interests.

She currently serves as a Senior Associate at M. J. Numa & Partners LLP, where she continues to provide exceptional legal representation and commercially focused solutions to the firm’s clients.
