In furtherance of firm’s commitment to nation building and overall societal development, Our Managing Partner; Michael Jonathan Numa, SAN facilitated a training to Top Management of the Nigerian Police Force (NPF) headed by the Inspector General of Police on Election Security Management and the Role of the NPF ahead of the 2023 General Elections. He spoke on the The Role of the Police within the Context of the New dispensation of the Electoral Act, 2022.

Ahead of 2023 General Election, we are pleased to have our Senior Associate; Ayoowula Oderinde, Esq shared his perspective on the efficacy of the BVAS Machine, Electronic Transmission of Data to the backend server and the likely challenges vis-a-vis the decision of the Osun State Election Petition Tribunal that nullified the return of Governor Ademola Adeleke.
