About Oreoluwa Kayode

Oreoluwa Kayode is an Associate with the Firm. She obtained her LL.B (Honours) from Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2022. She subsequently obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Law, Innovation and Technology from the University of Bristol, United Kingdom.

She is a member of the firm’s Corporate Commercial Practice Group, where she advises a wide range of Local and international corporations and high-net-worth individuals on diverse areas of Nigerian law.

Oreoluwa's areas of practice include dispute resolution, corporate commercial law, regulatory compliance, competition regulation, and data protection law.

She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
